Good for the money, with some pronounced limitations – Further Update 4-5-2021: At the current price of $748, I think you can do better than this. I spent about that much including an additional 16MB RAM, for a total of 24MB, and an additional 1TB SSD. But I’m happy I got it and if the price drops back down to around what I paid before the upgrades, $599, it still seems like a good deal.

Excelente compra!! – Compré esta laptop para jugar y trabajar, tengo poco mas de un mes usándola y la pantalla es super buena, todos los juegos que he probado van super bien, jugando a 1080p con los graficos en muy alto, cuando jueguen les recomiendo activar el modo turbo de los ventiladores, hacen ruido en este modo pero ayuda mucho con la temperatura, eso con respecto a juegos, con el trabajo yo trabajo como animador 2D para TV y uso After Effect y es un programa muy exigente, para proyectos simples no hay problema, pero para proyectos grandes a máxima calidad en en el programa la memoria RAM se queda corta, pero le compraré más, pero para cualquier otro tipo de trabajo funciona excelentemente, En verdad se las recomiendo, y si la quieres principalmente para jugar es una muy buena compra. 😀

– Nunca antes tuve un equipo de la marca Acer ya que siempre tuve mis dudas respecto a su calidad. Mi ultimas laptops fueron Dell y Alienware. En esta ocasión, con un presupuesto limitado decidí comprar esta laptop y honestamente no esperaba mucho, pero, me da gusto decir que he quedado impresionado y mucho muy satisfecho. El equipo me llegó en menos de una semana, el empaque perfecto para evitar daños a la caja de la laptop, todos los accesorios venían completos y el equipo impecable. Mi equipo venía con 8gb en Ram y 256 GB en disco duro SSD NVME, hice pruebas y desempeña al triple de velocidad que un SSD SATA. Le instalé 8GB de ram adicional, un disco duro NVME de 1tb y un disco duro SATA de 1tb. El equipo vuela, simplemente estoy sorprendido de su rendimiento, incluso con la configuración inicial el equipo resultó ser bastante rápido. El uso principal del equipo es para hacer tareas de la maestría, editar foto y video, hacer programación sencilla y correr algunos videojuegos. Absolutamente todos los aspectos son cubiertos por el equipo sin problema alguno. Recomiendo el equipo, la marca, al vendedor y a Amazon por su excelente servicio.

– When this computer arrived, upon first turning it on, the screen went black after a few seconds. It can be “woken” with a Fn F6 key press, but will go black again after a few seconds. This will repeat for 10-15 minutes, and then stop. It happens every time the computer is turned on or woken from sleep. I spent 2 hours with Acer support trying to solve this issue, but could not. I had to send the computer to Acer for repair, which is currently being done. The computer itself worked great, and had no issues when connected to an external monitor, but the screen being inoperative is a massive issue.
