Still waiting on tech support. – Purchased this on Black Friday as a value buy, was not expecting to have a BSOD within this first 15 min of use. Registered, submitted a support ticket and never heard back from the company. I fixed the issue myself within 24hrs of delivery and haven’t heard a thing from support for whatever good it would have actually done. Hardware is good for the purchase but was built in 2021 but not updated prior to shipping which caused a ton of issues, windows, drivers, chip set and Bios all needed to be updated – be aware if you purchase.

Well Worth the Money – I really enjoyed the packaging it came in, well more than enough styrofoam, as well as a cover for the tempered glass. The PC is worth the money since it can run AAA games at more than 100 fps! I usually play Rust and get ~90 fps on graphics 6, the highest graphics setting. The processor and graphics card are worth it, since they both work well hand in hand with the graphics card given the large amount of v-ram the PC comes with, and the processor to keep up with it.

Cyberpower delivers – I’ve been using my new Cyberpower gaming PC for a few weeks but the experience has been magnificent so far! I got it for both, work and leisure and I must be honest, I’m not a big gamer but I do a lot of image and video editing as part of my job and use a bunch of pro-editing programs that have run very very smoothly and I do some gaming in between long hours of work to blow off some stress! This computer has done a superb job at handling every task I’ve thrown at it! The included wired keyboard and mouse are Ok but not great, they do their job and have nice lights and all but you can easily replace them for something more to your liking. I’ll also be adding more SSD and RAM in the near future but that’s a personal choice to optimize my editing endeavors but this computer works amazing right out of the box after proper installation and specially paired to a good gaming monitor!
