A good investment for desk protection and charging – The mousepad comes in a simple retail-style box. The pad itself seems to be a pretty standard neoprene mat. The mat does get dirty with lots of use, but it is easily cleaned off with a damp cloth. The RGB lights are surprisingly bright and come on automatically when you plug it into a computer. The charging pad on the mat is actually a harder plastic surface than the rest of of the mat. I placed my phone directly on the wireless charging pad icon and it immediately started charging. The only feature that I was a little disappointed with was the fact that it uses a Micro USB charging cable for power. The desk mat is a good option for both protecting your desk surface and keeping your wireless charging devices charged.

Wrinkly – Nit that happy woth it very wrinkly outa box a weeks worth of use and books didn’t flatten it out. Took the panel apart to try to pull the l.e.ds a little to try to flatten it out didn’t work. Almost impossible to out back together. Decent mouse pad be better if it was actually flat or able to flatten out better seems like when they put the l.e.ds on the sewed it so tight it’s causing the mouse pad to wrinkle up. Sucks. Shoulda just sent it back. Now I’m screwed lol

Comfortable pad with built-in phone charger – This is a nice sized pad with built-in led edge lighting and a wireless phone charger that can handle up to 15 watt devices. One of the reasons I got this is because the edge of my desk is very sharp which doesn’t exactly feel good when you rest your arms on it. By putting this pad right up to the edge of the desk it avoids this problem! The surface is a pretty standard neoprene/cloth like most mouse pads. My mouse slides smoothly over it without dragging and the back is rubbery and doesn’t slip. The edge is stitched to a translucent soft plastic to let the light from the LEDs shine out. Out of the box it has a bit of a ripple and slight rubbery smell, both of these go away after a few days flat on the desk.

Overheated and melted – I have had this gaming pad for about 6 months and it has been fine. The wireless changing is much slower than I thought but the real problem with this is that I left the lights on for 8 hours and it got so hot it started melting the plastic by the charger. (see picture) This is dangerous to say the least and a house fire waiting to happen.
