8 Months in. – Been using these puppies for around 8 month now as of the time of the review, man do you get bang for your buck Gee Willikers. with a total of 3 item that came in perfect condition, work extremely well for a combination that typically would cost way more. I found that personally the mouse pad isn’t the greatest for gaming but it definitely got the job done with the mousepad being great quality, it’s just not big enough for hardcore gaming. And also the keyboard is very high quality as well with a nice tappity tap sound, and durable keys that are sure to last a long time, the keyboard is easy to clean and is also RGB if your into that sorta thing. Finally the mouse, really, it’s just a standard gaming mouse that you would find just about on any setup, i will add that the dpi button changes the RGB color witch is very limited with just a flashing of a few colors and no solid color modes.

Can’t light up keyboard and use up/down/side-side arrow keys in excel anymore – So if you want to turn on the backlighting you have to turn on scroll lock so no more arrow keying from cell to cell in excel, it’s driving me nuts. Please someone tell me I’m an idiot and all I need to do is “______________” to get both back lightning and be able to arrow from cell to cell, please someone, anyone lol so frustrating!

Works great. – I really enjoy this keyboard and mouse setup. With the keyboard you are able to turn the lights on and off which is nice when either playing in the dark and need to see or when there is too much light you can turn them off. The most works quite well from my experiences with it. The cables are a good length. I can run them from the back of my computer up and over the back of my desk and still have enough cable left to move them without risking pulling them out of my computer

However, for those of us that use Linux… I was about ready to call the keyboard defective because the backlight on the keyboard wouldn’t light up, even using the scroll lock key as mentioned in the description. Did a little research on other reviews left on this particular keyboard in other listings, and I found that other users had to open up terminal and use the command prompt to get the lights on the keyboard. No manual came with the keyboard or mouse. I am running Linux, Linux Zorin and also Linux Ubuntu Studio to be exact, and the command prompt in terminal using:
