Great little mouse, issues with software – This mouse is functionally great, but I had to load my settings into the mouse’s on-board memory because the software was garbage and kept reverting the dpi/speed settings any time the mouse goes to sleep that would result in constantly having to go into the settings and re set it to make it useable at least twice a day.

My favorite mouse but I’m just waiting for it to break – The G604 Lightspeed is my favorite mouse. It is fully programmable, lasts a very long time before replacing the battery (I use rechargeables), and the mouse buttons are well placed. Sadly, this is my third one. The first lasted a little over a year before the right mouse button would not stay clicked when held down. The second one lasted 1.5 years before the left mouse button started to double-click. With any luck, this one will last longer.

going from a g602 to a g604 – if youre looking for a replacement of the g602 this is definitely it, it more or less feels the same and hooking this mouse up automatically differed to all my custom g602 settings which is awesome.

My favorite mouse but I’m just waiting for it to break – The G604 Lightspeed is my favorite mouse. It is fully programmable, lasts a very long time before replacing the battery (I use rechargeables), and the mouse buttons are well placed. Sadly, this is my third one. The first lasted a little over a year before the right mouse button would not stay clicked when held down. The second one lasted 1.5 years before the left mouse button started to double-click. With any luck, this one will last longer.

Middle scroll unusable – Layout of the mouse is great for my hand size. So it is super frustrating that out of all the reasons to have to return a mouse, I have to return this one because the middle scroll is unusable. There is little to no resistance. If there was any sense of a “stop” or some type of feedback for each scroll section, it would be so much better. But as is, I just over scroll all the stinkin’ time. Nope. No thank you.

Unfortunately, I’m leaving my rating at 4-stars as this feature is NOT outlined anywhere in the product manual. Had to perform various searches in Logitech’s community forum. It is not a clean and clear process…and the software to turn-on the on-board memory feature is a separate download. In addition to that, messages displayed during enabling this feature is confusing and murky at best. After several attempts I think I finally got working.
