      X20 is a good mouse but there are some issues – So the issues (CONS) first since that is what everyone needs to know…

      Fantastic mouse, short battery – Gave 4 stars because the battery life is so short. Doesn’t last me a full 2 days. But the mouse is great otherwise!

      Seemed good, but not for me – I’ll lead with the least subjective part of my review, as some with large hands (I wear Large sized gloves) and palms the mouse, the overall size was a bit on the small side, but more importantly there wasn’t any real pinky support, which is one of the two main reasons I returned it.

The wireless connectivity is super stable and the mouse itself is very responsive. The build quality is top-notch and it feels great in the hand.

      Doesn’t Update its firmware at all. – My product prompts me to update it every time I try to use it wired. The firmware on the mouse is stuck on V0.09.00.00. Every time I start the update the mouse stops working and the update freezes and doesn’t start. I have to unplug it and re-plug it back in for it to start working again. or use it via dongle which does not allow for updating the firmware.
