Fantastic Headsets – I have purchased many headsets throughout the years. I have never had a set of headsets as comfortable as these. The sound is fantastic. Great quality headsets for the price.

Battery lasted 6 months – The battery life for my headset only lasted 6 months unfortunately. Very bummed, loved the sound and the quality. I would use the headset for I say 4-6 hour’s a night after work unplugged with a full charge. But after about a month the headset would charge fully up and last maybe 30 mins before I had to plug the device into the usb charger. At this point I have to have the headset plugged in at ALL times otherwise it will not turn on! Love the product just the battery life is not 16 hour quality, thought this headset was gonna last a long time since the price was high, it it has broke within 6 month like 3 other companies I’ve tried. Weather it’s the battery or like my last headset it was the connection inside ear piece. So far no luck on one that last without some sort of thing breaks from normal use. (Very easy with my stuff and very picky about it)

IT doesnt work – I’ve owned this headset in the past and it was great but I myself broke it in a dumb way, so I purchased a new one to replace it. This renewed one came with no box, no chord essential for charging it, and the Bluetooth setting does not work, as well as the USB connection option not being included. Every time I turn it on moments later it just turns back off. Do they even test these things before selling them to people? and the earcups also had a horrible smell. Not like the smell of bad chemicals like they were cleaning it, the smell of greasy hair, and someone who needs a shower.

Mediocre at best – The sound is really good and they’re very comfy, when they work. The battery life is pretty short compared to other similar headphones I’ve used. The range is very short. And sometimes they simply won’t turn on the first time, you have to constantly turn them off/on and reboot and eventually they’ll work. Would not buy again.

Support website is not helpful and offers no info on what the warranty might be and just promises long delays if I even try to call or email so I’ve had to purchase a new pair…. made by someone else of course! Buy something else.
