One side doesn’t work/have sound everything else good – Everything seemed good ! Upon opening the box I heard something in the left eat piece shake, I was scared it would affect the noise. Lo and behold, when I test the headset, the entire left side did not work. Everything else worked great, the right side , the mic, the given 1 to 2 adapter. I had high hopes.

They don’t get quite as loud as I’d like but they are serviceable. Been using for a couple months. I use them in game chat. No issues to report
