Broke after 2 days – I can’t even type this review on my PC because my ‘F’ key stopped working after 2 days of use everything worked really nice for the first 2 days but now I already have to buy a new keyboard and haven’t even used this for half a week I would just look to get something high quality and avoid the headache

Double check before buying – I brought the premier bundle and while selected the wireless option m, i thought the deal price was amazing, however what i received was wired keyboard and wired mouse and wired headsets, the keyboard and mouse are fine however the headsets gets staticy and makes weird noises within 5 to 10 minutes on ps5, same issue when i used it on my laptop if i unplug and plug it back in the static noise stops but again it comes back within few minutes, i was considering buying their 7+ artics but i dont think i will since they use the same drivers as this headset.

Keyboard Came Broken – Bought brand new. Everything came in nice packaging and neat. The headphones, mouse and mousepad are in great condition. The keyboard looks good and no sign of trauma but the keys (N , . ?) won’t work. I tried it on another computer won’t work. I tried to find an update on the steelseries app but found none and I updates my computer and it still won’t work.
