Wired Model Excellent for Plugging into Controller – Short Review: This Arctis 1 Wired Headset (Xbox Version) is awesome! I love and highly recommend it! Now for the details:

Perfectly Average. – They’re pretty much exactly what you picture when you think of a plane Jane gaming setup. They work well enough, the audio and mic clarity are both pretty decent. Not too loud, not too quiet. This isn’t a headset you would want to wear all day as the muffs become uncomfortable after a few hours of gaming. If you just want a good bare bones headset for some light gaming, then this is the headset for you and at this price, it’s pretty hard to beat.

Good sound and mic, a little tight and squeaky in the cups – Not quite as comfortable as MPOW EG3s, but prettier, and the mic is easier to turn on and off. The main issue is that the cups are squeaky, so if you move or adjust it interferes with the sound.
