Great headset – WITH firmware updates – This review reflects the product after 2 years of use. Battery life is STELLAR, initially it lasted around 5 days of heavy use. Although after 2 years of use, it has been reduced, probably by about 10-20%, but still lasts around 3-4 days of heavy use. The software has had a fair share of issues and so did the firmware (out of box). Around 8 months I had to replace the ear cushions, and i did so with OEM replacements for the GSP 300 (wired) series. The replacement ear cushions are vinyl and not vinyl/alcantara like the originals, but have lasted longer than the originals. Mic could be better quality, but the audio quality is amazing for a wireless headset. Another thing is the range, not being bluetooth, but wireless 2.4ghz, it actually has decent range, i can be in my kitchen and i can still talk/chat. I would highly recommend this wireless headset just based on the battery life and range, if you want a wireless headset but dont want to charge them every day this is one of your only options. It does also work just fine while charging, but i dont plug mine into PC to charge.

Unoffensive and battery lasts forever and ever – These don’t have the wow factor of the 670’s. They have a strange frequency response that makes me find them thin sounding at times, and warm sounding in other music. Not sure what is happening. They always have a treble veil, that much is certain. I think they are great value for money when compared to most other gaming headsets, and I have most of them. What would make me give them 5 stars would be a bigger fitment with bigger earcups. They are barely big enough for my head, but i can pull them down. And they really don’t have much room for the ear, and I have small ears, probably “average” size but look small on my head. I think these are almost great. I gave them 4/5 because that battery life is something I will never give up after experiencing it. I ALWAYS forget to plug in my headphones and have issues with Zoom meetings. These are always ready to go. 5% battery? You’ve got a day…lol

– I love Sennheiser headphones, and I was really excited to try this when it arrived on my doorstep. I open the box, charged it up, then tried it on. Even with the band extended all the way, it does not cover the bottom of my ears. I have other Sennheiser headphones and they do not have this problem, so this is very disappointing for me, especially for a $200 headphone.

If most sets clamp your head too hard at the top and not enough on the bottom, this one’s for you! – I needed to buy a new gaming headset, so I bought (and returned) 4 pairs over the course of about two weeks. The headsets in question are the:
