Sounds great, trash mic – Listening is great,but built in mic is tape recorder quality which is trash…….. Update the included dongle, which is nice to have, for some reason has a extremely bright red and blue led flashing when not being used. So, in other worded do not have it anywhere in your place that might cause people issues with strobing police lights.

Girlfriend loves the gift but they sent wrong color. – Got these for my girlfriend for her birthday and ordered the silver and purple ones but received them today and they sent the black ones. Otherwise they are really nice and work well so far.

Surprising great headset – When I first used the headset, I was surprised by how long the battery life lasted from a single charge, which fit nicely on my head and ears. I also appreciated how the microphone was extendable for a gaming headset and could be returned to the original when listening to music. Looking back, I wish I had ordered the silver pair because I loved the neutral color with a pop of color from the yellow and purple

Does not work for Xbox series x – Couldn’t get sounds for go through via Bluetooth or aux cable provided. Connects to phones and other devices just fine. But don’t trust the box when it says Xbox.

Disappointed greatly – When we ordered these I read the reviews and decided to test my luck. Previous reviews had stated they oreded these and received the wrong product or wrong color, took my chances and went with the silver lunar ones. At first the package never even showed up with the other items delivered (and we still have yet to receive that set) I messaged in and spoke with a representative who assured me we would get a replacement and I explained my concerns at that point about how several others had ordered the lunar ones and received the black instead. I was assured we’d get EXACTLY what we ordered, i also expressed concerns where i saw (after purchase) that they will work via bluetooth for ps4 but NOT XBOX ONE. The rep again assured they are 100% Bluetooth compatible with ALL gaming consoles (pc included) We did receive them in a timely fashion, however, when we opened them to our surprise… (you guessed it) they were the black ones and yeap as I feared they WOULD NOT connect to my XBOX ONE via the Bluetooth option. Super disappointing so I decided to reach back out to customer service and explain the dissatisfaction. Wad told our only options (since it was a replacement already anyway where we didn’t get the first ones) were to either do a ups pick up or drop off for a full refund. After the funds were refunded told us we could then try to reorder and see what happens. So I guess it’s a 50/50 on what you will receive. If you do decide to purchase these don’t get ya hopes up for getting the right color option you want unless you like classic black lol and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a cordless option and have an XBOX. Prolly better to just save up or go ahead and get a Steele series set. You get what ya pay for I guess. But in my experience the 40$/50$ Rig headset at Walmart is just as good if not better than these Raycons given the lack of Bluetooth for the Raycon’s on XBOX and the sound quality on the Rig’s is pretty good also. May just get a new pair of those, tho I did love the idea of these Raycons as they were supposed to be Bluetooth and looked pretty cool.

It really is All Immersive – These headphones blew my mind. When you put them on, they’re really comfortable and not at all heavy. When I play my music/podcasts, I focus into the sound and tune out what’s around me.
