VERY cheap feeling – It all comes down to what you like. Myself, this product felt very, very cheap. Sound was okay for the price. But I gained nothing swapping over from a different Arctis Headset. If you’re buying it for a young gamer, probably not too bad of a choice for $49.99. Myself this Headset is worth $29.99 at best.

Great headset, short cable – Not much for noise canceling in the headset itself, but the mic filters out background noise okay I guess. The cable is only 4′ long and is a weird 5-pole to 4-pole, extensions work okay but the two I’ve tried have a hum. Wish they sold a longer option.

Super light and comfortable – I’ve owned a lot of headphones. I end up buying a pair once every 2 years or so. My last pair were Astro A40 and like $200, and I like these better. They are super light and they have the only ear pads that don’t hurt my ears after a long time or get hot. Sound quality is great too, but the comfort is top notch. I don’t use the mic, so I don’t know how good that is.

Broken after 2 months – After 2 months of daily use, my new headphones broke exactly where all the new Steel Series headphone seem to break, where the head band connects to the ear. There is a very small plastic piece that I can now see broken inside the head band. Save yourself some money and heed the reviews!

Unbalanced Drivers – Left and right drivers are mismatched. Don’t buy this if you value both speakers being equally loud, or have OCD.

Broke within 2 months – Had absolutely no abuse to the headset whats so ever. Yet still broke off the entire right ear phone and the connecting/swiveling joint.

Brilliant gaming headset and as good as higher end Steelseries headsets – I’ve had the Arctis 7 (wireless) for years now, the ear pads are a bit exhausted as well as the battery so I decided to get a new pair and thought to go cheaper this time.
