Original Xbox One S Controller Refurbished – I had ordered this before, but for some reason, I was sent the new White Robot Xbox One Controller. I couldn’t complain. It has a better grip than the original, as the handles have texture on them. After 2 weeks of playing, it started to drift. I tried to fix it with alcohol, and taking out the plastic pieces on the sides of the joystick modules, voiding the warranty, but nothing work. Just received the refurbished original controllers for Xbox One S, and they work like new! Hopefully, I don’t encounter that drift problem ever again, or else I’m going to try the Xbox X Series Elite controller.

Not what was advertised per se – The wife here: my husband purchased this controller alongside the strike pack as it was specifically one that the strike pack would would with. It didn’t. The strike pack fit, but it didn’t recognize with the controller. So that’s immediately one star gone. The second star was taken away because this controller was advertised to us as ‘new’ but it is clearly refurbished. It works and they replace all the core components like the d pad and the joysticks, but the fact that it’s refurbished should have been stated clearly. Otherwise, it works on my xbox, but not on his and we swapped controllers since my original one works with his strike pack. Amazon, don’t promote a controller that doesn’t work with a strike pack if it doesn’t. (Ps, the serial number stated it should have worked – it matched – but it didn’t get recognized on the controller).

Just like always <3 - I have an xbox one s. I bought this console way back in 2019 and since then have customized my controller in a million different ways. (This did add up to over 200 dollars worth of faceplates, buttons, side panels,mods, etc.) You can imagine how devastated I was when i finally got stick drift, after a thorough cleaning I decided to give in and buy a new one.

Not worth the money. – First off, the Xbox controller that was sent was the original model and does not have Bluetooth and requires a separate, proprietary USB dongle. Some other reviewers do seem to also be getting newer ones with Bluetooth. I was lucky since I had the official dongle. Anyways, this controller was certainly not detailed and has been used quite a bit. There was grim at all the edges and the analoges pictures arent in great shape (especially the right one.) This controller right now is overpriced for what they gave me.
