Good sound. Mic is a little fuzzy at first. – Used on a PlayStation 4 and a switch lite. Have to adjust mic sound to keep from sounding fuzzy but otherwise the headset works really well. Some issues connecting the Bluetooth to the switch but after I figured it out it was easy to set up each time after. Have not tried it on my Xbox so cannot confirm it works with it. Other than that it’s a good sturdy headset

Solid budget wireless gaming headset – First off, this headset feels solid. The ears can fully rotate to flat, and they can also be folded in. Pairing to Bluetooth was simple. Just put the headphones in Bluetooth mode and pair to SS-502 on your device. The wireless dongle is plug and play, but you need to pair the headphones to the wireless dongle. The instructions in the User Manual are easy to understand, but they do not explicitly state that the headset needs to be paired to the wireless dongle. After trying the dongle in different USB ports on my computer, I decided to try pairing and it worked. Just put the headset in wireless mode and then hold the + and – buttons for 3 seconds. The headset will enter pairing mode and connect to the wireless dongle.
