Feel like I was sent a used unit – UPDATE: I want to provide an update on this keyboard and the experience I had with customer service. First, we will talk about the customer service. After my review posted, I would say no more than a few minutes later, a representative reached out to me to correct the issue. The representative was super friendly and wanted to correct my issue and offered to send another keyboard. Again, I didn’t have no issues with the keyboard other than the cosmetic damage and the seal being cut when I received the item like it was used before. I want to state I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the support that I got should be standard for every company. After I sent a response, the response time was very quick and the shipping for the new keyboard only took a couple of days to arrive. I opened the keyboard first thing when it arrived and wanted to test it to make sure everything is working properly and as expected, everything is working great. I felt it is important to leave the previous portion of the review, but to make sure that the update was the first thing anyone who is interested in this product sees first. Thank you again for your assistance on correcting the issue. It shows dedication to keeping your buyers happy, thank you again!

Switches are horrible – The keyboard is actually pretty nice when you get rid of the hauno garbage red switches. They are very inconsistent and scratchy. The stabilizers also need some lube. I bought a pack of Gateron G pros and lube, miles better compared to what it came with. There is actually foam around every key switch to lower noise that comes from the keyboard which is a nice touch and a cool knob. The battery life is good, about 20hrs in-between charges with rgb at full brightness. Its a great keyboard, just needs a little love.

Adequate keyboard, but in search of a niche – As another reviewer pointed out, this is a Feker ik75 variant. The IK75s are really getting around these days, aren’t they? The Ultra, the Dierya T83, the CTCS75… The Nimbleback is a fine keyboard. Lovely even. But it doesn’t distinguish itself enough from the other IK75s to justify the price.

Nice keyboard but could be a bit better – This is a nice 75% with a knob. Do I wish they’d go to a different layout sometime soon? Sure, but this seems to be the most popular layout out there. 75% is basically a compact TKL with the sacrifice of a few navigation keys, but in return you get a really nice looking keyboard.

Solid build, easy setup – I really like this keyboard. The switches feel great and the build quality feels pretty dang good. Setup and was easy, and I’m using it wired for no latency. Has held up great in Fortnite/Overwatch/Warzone. My only complaint is that I can’t figure out how to remap/reprogram keys. They do not have available software for this model on their website, and when I download the software for a similar keyboard, it doesn’t detect this one so I can’t use it to setup profiles. The volume knob/button would be great to be remapped to something different. Same with a couple of the function keys. There’s no native “print screen” which is kinda weird.

Great beginner board with a few issues – I really like this board. The 2.4ghz dongle connection is fast and according to Keyboard Inspector, polling rate is a gaming standard of 1000 hz polling rate. There are no dropped key presses as far as I can tell in my FPS games. RGB is loud and proud and though the keycap quality isn’t that great, the RGB color comes through bright. I can’t tell what the battery life is like as I’ve been using this wired.
