– (9/21/22)When it first arrived,there is a high pitched ringing noise in left ear.You can make that noise down by adjusting the built in volume control knob very carefully,while you turn the knob the ringing noise can become loud and then small.Once you make the noise as small as possible,leave the knob along and never touch it again,so it can still be useable.I decided that I can live with that although I always accidentally turned the knob so I have to find the peace with turning it again and again.
