Finally – Revised: Found a slight issue, not enough to knock it down a star. The mouse buttons are way to easy to click. I find myself accidentally hitting the right button, even just skimming it while I am in the middle of working and it clicks it. Definitely needs to be a tougher click. Again, not a huge deal, but it is one I am experiencing now.

Buy this one, and not the cheap imitation. – My old mouse (MX518) often felt sweaty so I decided to try one of these honeycomb type. Initially I purchased a very similar looking one because it was cheaper, but it was so horrible to use I had to return it. I wasn’t sure if I should bother testing another, but I’m glad I did. This “HyperX Pulsefire Haste” is light without feeling like a toy and glides smooth at all settings. Every new mouse takes some getting used to, and hands come in many shapes and sizes so nothing will be perfect for everyone, but I’d guess most people will find this comfortable and great for gaming. Good value for a relatively low price. Recommended, unless you prefer weighty mice.

Extremely light and good for long use – I’ve had this mouse for a little over a week or so and I love it. For under $30, this is a great upgrade from my previous mouse. I had a wireless Logitech and was worried about switching to a wired mouse but the cable is long and light. I don’t even notice it there when I’m playing. Also, wired mice are better for gaming. One complaint I would have is that it doesn’t fit my hand. I wish it would fill the palm of my hand, but I also have very large hands. Overall, I love it.

HyperX’s Endgame – I feel like a complete idiot for overlooking this mouse over and over and over since it was released. While I love HyperX’s headsets, and I suppose their keyboards are *okay*, their mice were never attractive compared to competitors. This one though? It’s different.

Very Light Weight – I bought this gaming mouse because I was looking for something to game with. Some key things to note about this mouse is that it is very light. I know it says it in the product review, but feeling it in person is different. The mouse comes with grip tape to apply, as seen in the photo, very helpful to apply since playing at a low DPI and sens. means moving the mouse a bit. The color and effect of the light on the mouse can be changed through an external software that needs to be downloaded (google it). The mouse, wired, has good connection and feels comfortable to use.
