MALM Desk Users, Try this one! – This review is for those who may run into the issue of finding monitor arm mounts for some of the Ikea desk – mine is the Malm desk with the pullout panel – but other Ikea desk have a similar opening for the back end of the desk.

Mismatched monitors? Not a problem! – After reading the instructions, I installed this monitor mount at the edge of my computer table, instead of drilling the hole required for central mounting. This option was amazingly simple and took less than 10 minutes. If you choose to run your keyboard and mouse wires through the designated channels in the mount, make sure your wires are long enough to reach the computer before tightening everything. Also, run all wires for your monitors through the built-in channels before mounting the monitors, themselves. Concealing the wires gave my computer table a very clean, sharp appearance. I hung one vesa monitor and one non-vesa with adapter brackets (also purchased on Amazon) using this product, and can now position them side-by-side, for the first time ever! I could never do this before with other dual-monitor mounts, no matter what I tried as they would always end up off-set. I’m extremely impressed with this product, and the company behind it.

Sturdy for the price range – This was a gift, but I set it up. It is pretty straight forward if you’re just mounting it to the back of the desk (which is what I did). It comes with additional hardware for other methods (I believe there were 3 methods total?)
