Volume too low through 3.5mm Jack. – I tried using this on the Xbox and it’s impossible to use it without the 3.5mm. unfortunately the volume is way too low through the 3.5mm and the mic cancelation does not seem to work without having the headset actually on through any other source I had a friend hearing his own voice through party chat. Other than that conviance I bet they are good if you do not use them through 3.5 and actually have them on while using them since the mic will work as intended with the noise canceling feature. The headphones themselves sounded really good though and the mic is really good as well so I wouldn’t say this is a bad headset. Just don’t use them through the 3.5mm and you’ll be all good.

Surround sound sounds like an awesome feature when you’re buying the product, but in reality, it’ll freeze your monitor, cancel connection through hardware (the microphone I was using did not work while I turned it on/off) & it continues to play a woman’s voice of “Surround Sound On.” or “Surround Sound Off” but what it does is simply add echo to everything, not even a subtle or good sounding one it’s just a terrible quality one that a 6-year-old with the most basic of knowledge with sound editing could do. This product has a wiring issue when delivered to me where it constantly disconnects from my computer, and sometimes when I have to re-plug it in because of such reasons, the surround sound is automatically on. The scroll wheel for the sound is not in an ideal spot especially if your chair is tall enough to reach the back of your head as it’ll move it up and down.
