I learned recently that the mic was sold separately. The quality is exceptional and sounds as good as my expensive Rode mic when doing Zoom podcast interviews. I have bilateral cochlear implants and the Bose 35 Comfort was my choice because of the large earpieces it fits over my external processors comfortably.

Mute slide didn’t seem to actually mute the mic. It barely attached to the headset, the fit was certainly tight. Scratched my headset snapping it in place. Horrible buy!!! Do NOT recommend.
