Unwittingly marinated in vodka for 10 hours. – I replace my mouse pad probably once every year or so due to the frequency with which patches get worn out from FPS gaming and probably a little because stuff spills. Maybe 5 or 6 years ago I opted for a full desk pad and landed on this and have been buying Corsairs 30 something inch mousepads since then and have ben pretty satisfied. This November I felt it was time to replace it and saw the spill resistant variant, recalled the handful of times a beer had found itself overturned on my desk, selected it, haven’t thought about it until this morning.

Huge and gaudy, but works well. – This is an extra large mouse pad, as advertised. It dominates your desk. The designs are a lot. If you are using it for an office desk, it’s a little tacky. That being said, it’s nice to have cushion for the keyboard and the mouse, and have that be a continuous unit rather than two separate pieces. I wish there was a “large” that was a bit smaller and an all black option. But this works fine.

I only wish they made a bigger one – This thing is big… so big, that where I have my first one, I would have to put it under my workstation box partially so it doesn’t hang over the edge. Only problem is I like it hanging over the edge… it’s so thick it deadens the corner on the edge of my desk. Now for my corner workstation I wanted another to go under my keyboard and have a large mouse area off to the right. Not quite large enough for that. They make a larger one that’s not as thick, but I really need it for my mouse, so I pulled out my serger, threw some black thread in, drew an outline where I wanted to cut around the edge of my keyboard, serged 2/3 of it in half leaving a nice sized mouse pad for another computer, and now have a very large, overhanging an inch over the edge of my desk mouse pad. My arm feels like it’s in heaven not having the edge of my desk dig into it anymore
