Its not that the mic doesnt work…… – Ask the title suggest, the mic DOES work. That is if the switch isnt docked. The mini mic is the actual microphone and there doesnt seem to be a mic in the headphones at all. When my son plays Fortnite (with the correct settings), has his switch docked and is sitting 3 feet from the switch, his voice can barely be heard. The mic doesnt pick up sound well. This would be the point of a wireless headphone. If it only works well when the switch is undocked then there is no point and you can just use a normal set of wired headphones. The sound in the headphones themselves is great, however the mic is a HUGE flaw.
