Awesome replacement for a wired USB Headset – The Wireless Headset is a surprisingly good value. The 3D audio quality appears as good as Dolby Atmos headsets. So, good I decided to re-watch a few movies on my computer using the 2.4G connection. Also, very nice to be free of my wired USB connected headset. Connected my mobile phone to the headset and found it easy to switch between my computer and phone using the Bluetooth mode. The 3x quick press of the power button to switch between 2.4G and Bluetooth allows me to use one headset for PC and Mobile. Couple of issues: #1 Bluetooth pairing instructions are missing from the documentation, but does a good job of automatic connection. This can be corrected by adding “When powered off, press the power button and hold until the headset says, ‘Pairing Mode’.” #2 Unable to pair the headset with the Amazon Fire TV Cube. Not sure why and removed all other headsets connected to the Fire TV Cube and rebooted it, but no luck. Removed the headset from my mobile phone Bluetooth devices. The headset is found by the Fire TV Cube, but fails to connect. All in all the headset is an awesome replacement for a wired USB Headset and breathes new life into games, shows, movies and conference calls on my Windows 11 PC.

Comfortable with great sound. – Good quality product. Seems well made with quality materials. Very good sound with no distortion at higher volumes. The earmuffs are soft and comfortable. The only drawback is the muffs are so big that you cannot turn your head in a high back chair.

GREAT PRODUCT WITH A GREAT PRICE – This gaming headset is exactly what my husband was searching for. He is not a serious gamer, but he does play his XBox games frequently. He had wanted a gaming headset for a while and I finally got this one as a gift hoping it would be decent. He loves it. He says the sound is great, his ears do not hurt wearing them and I had him test them for 4-5 hours for a couple nights to make sure that they really didn’t start to hurt. The noise cancellation isn’t the most amazing, but it works for him. He can’t hear me if I talk in a normal tone (which he loves LOL), but if I talk super loud he kind of can. I think my FAVORITE part about them is that at night he can also watch TV with the volume up as loud as he wants and I can’t hear a thing!! It is the best since we work different hours and I usually have to get to bed before him. These are absolutely perfect for what we wanted and the price is amazing.

Worth every penny – The headphones look and feel great. The earmuffs are very soft and the leather is great. Personally, I enjoy using this headset, and the surround sound can be used directly on the PS4. It also connects to my PS4 via Bluetooth, and it lasts long time I fully charge it.
