I tested the mic with my friends and it seemed to work about 20-25 ft away from my computer. Sound volume was a bit low, but sound quality is good. My biggest complaint is the sound and MIC mute when toggle the MIC on and off. Over all. Its a good headset for 35$. I would recommend it to anyone at this price point.
