Really good choice for headphones! – The headset came with the USB-A adapter, USB-C to USB-C cable for charging, and a USB-C to 3.5mm audio jack cable. It did also come with a bag to make the headset more portable.

Pretty good for the money – I do call center work from home, they are comfortable and the sound is great when you’re using them but I have to keep taking the right ear off when I’m waiting for a call because the constant low beeping is giving me a headache. It’s only on the right side and it’s very quiet but the longer you wear them the more you notice it.

Amazing headphones – I had tested quite a few different headphones and these really hit the spot. The sound quality is great, especially for music and gaming. The microphone is alright, though I have a desk mic I use instead. The quality is good for the price and I haven’t had any issues with it in the past year. It is super easy to connect and the battery life is pretty good as well (lasts 2-3 days without charging). If it does die, just plug it in and you can still use it while its plugged. It is comfortable around the ears and doesn’t hurt or anything even after 4-6 hours of use. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you are looking for good-quality headphones.

Wires can only bend so many times with out breaking. – I saw mixed reviews on this head set but all the features for the low price I decided to give them a try. The only pre purchase reservation I had was the retractable microphone. For it to use this design the wires would have to continuously be bent back and forth every time the microphone was deployed and retracted. You can only do that so many times before the wire snaps in half inside the insulated coating where you can’t see it. This causes intermittent loss of connection, static, crackling and in most cases loss of connection completely. But I thought it was a cool idea and maybe they found a way to run the wires to prevent this problem. I had them for about a week and after very light use of the microphone it did exactly what I was worried it would do. As I was deploying the microphone for use my son on the other end started picking up alot of popping and crackling. So I repeated it again and It got worse. On the third try I lost the microphone all together. I can honestly say in total the microphone was deployed less than 50 times before wire failure. That being said the good still out ways the bad.

The headset after some filter fiddling worked great, no background on obs with a filter. My problem was, that it kept shutting off after 15 minutes because just using the mic was not enough to keep it from shutting off. When I set a random background noise to run through the headset, it was fine. if you are only planning on using the mic, it will go to sleep. Took me a bit to fiddling to get it to not.

He is a huge gamer and needs the microphone to talk to his gamers, but they don’t work in the game…the person he is playing with CANNOT HEAR HIM!! I recommend saving your money!! I bought these in July but didn’t gift them until October, so I’ve “missed the 90-day return”. Ugh!!
