Buy new instead – The headset itself works, but the cord arrived broken. It was only functional through one channel and the volume knob did nothing. It would have been a huge pain to return and my son really wanted to use them because they were his birthday present, so I bought him a cord on here that had next day delivery. The final cost ended up being very close to a brand new set from an electronics store and it would have saved me the embarrassment of giving my kid a broken headset for his birthday. Don’t be cheap like me, buy a new one that comes in manufacturer packaging.

Good value headset – Headset feels comfortable and sounds good, nothing special, does its job well. The price is cheaper than the ones sold at stores. I have owned 2 other astro 10s . This is the first time I bought it online instead of from a store. The headset stopped working a few months later. Turns out it was the wire that connects headset to controller. Luckily I had an old one laying around. This is the reason I gave it 3 stars.
