Not worth the money – DO NOT BUY. I understand its a cheap mouse but when you buy a wireless mouse you intend to use it wirelessly. When you get it and plug it into your PC it does not work. If you use the cord – C to use it as a corded mouse sure it works but when you have it wireless it will not work will just say device is asleep. Asked for help and looked for videos nothing. There’s nothing showing how to fix it and they don’t want to help. 110% percent junk.

Cannot safely program buttons – Mouse works great unless you need to program the buttons. My son is left handed so we need to reverse the buttons accordingly. To program the buttons you have to go to the website and download the software. The software downloaded with no problem but when we tried to install it, both Windows and Norton antivirus flagged it as unsafe and removed it. So it seems the software will damage your system. I would not recommend.

24 Hrs max life w/no lights on. TRASH. Battery charge indicator is just for decor, doesn’t work – Seemed like a nice product. I thought it was a fluke. But after a week, the battery (without RGB on) lasts maybe 24 hrs at best. Charge indicator on the base is for decorative purposes only. All bars lit up all the time. Useless cheap Chinese junk. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Device Sleep everytime i take it off the dock – only getting one star because of the shipping time other then that don’t really know how well it is because it just say “device Sleep” the entire time looked up the model number looked all over the internet no fix, i messaged the seller no response (8 days ago) works well when its connected to the cord. but if i wanted to use a corded mouse i would have saved my money and kept my old one.
